    FAQ

    Q:  When I enter the number of sheets for an item, the total seems incorrect.  Why?

    A:  Currently our system uses a base unit of measure (UoM) of PER THOUSAND SHEETS or MSHTS.  Therefore, if you wanted 22,000 sheets of an item, you would enter 22 in the Quantity field.

     

    Q:  Can I have the different items on my order referenced with different Purchase Order numbers or Job Numbers?

    A:  Yes, during the ordering process, you can simply add Order Line Item Comments to any item being ordered as well as reference a master PO number at checkout if desired.

     

    Q:  Can I have items on my order deliver to my location on different days?

    A:  Yes, simply detail that date information in the Order Line Item Comments section for each item.

     

    Q:  Can I re-order a previously placed order?
    A:  Yes, simply go to your My Account page and click on the order basket icon for a full history of orders.  

    You can then find your desired order and click on the action icon for that order summary. 

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    At the bottom of that order summary, simply click on "re-order"!
